Just like the width, to measure for a recess drop we would always ask you to measure in three places across the internal window opening, and to provide us with the smallest measurement. A small deduction will be taken to ensure the blind can operate correctly.
If your blind does not sit within a recess or you simply want us to make a blind to your sizes with no deductions, measure the overall drop you require from top to bottom, including the blind headrail and any overlap to ensure you get full coverage. We would recommend around a minimum overlap of 10cm top and bottom, but the choice is yours. For replacement vertical blind slats only, please ensure you only measure the fabric 'drops' excluding the headrail, from the top of the fabric to the bottom

Banlight Duo Blackout range has an incredible spectrum of colour. This fabric offers blackout and flame retardant features making it even more appealing.
These vertical blind slats come in a beautiful taupe brown colour that will add something different to any room. These slats would fit into warm colours schemes or as a contrast in rooms with dominantly white colours.
If you have an existing slat, measure from one end of the fabric to the other. This is known as the hem to hem drop or shoulder to shoulder in the trade. Alternatively if you don’t have an existing slat, measure from the bottom of the headrail hook to where you want the fabric to finish.
